Wow.. ok I’ve definitely neglected my tumblr lately :( This autumn has been really tough on me emotionally. I’m in my final year at uni so there’s a lot of stress with course work, and there are a few personal issues that have put even more strain on me. I began binging again around November, and it’s been worse than ever :( A few days ago I decided enough is enough and that I’m tired of feeling crappy and want to feel good again. Because I deserve it. So i’m now trying to watch my diet again, I’m going back to uni next week so I think I’ll try to go back to my paleo diet and Leangains approach. This fall I’ve not been eating paleo or doing IF, and it shows.

So here’s to a new year and yet another fresh start! I wish you all good luck with your goals and that you achieve them through all the hard work you put in!

I have a new goal for 2013 that is to run a Half Marathon! Last september I ran my first 10k race, so I am sure I can do it if I put in hard work.
